Put competing pharma giants, public agencies, and patient advocates in one room without firm boundaries, and you get two days of defensive posturing.
Across four annual editions, we turned that friction into working prototypes. We scaled the programme to over 160 participants per event, delivering tested pilots with Roche, MSD, Novartis, Clinique Saint-Jean, and the Belgian Health Data Agency. In season three alone, 17 teams built live solutions, and 9 moved straight into post-event development with host partners.

CHU Liege Hackathon
Hospital innovation usually stalls before the first room is booked. When CHU de Liège and Bridge to Health wanted to launch a regional health sprint, they needed proof that sceptic clinicians and researchers would actually engage.
We facilitated the exploratory sprint, stress-testing the format against genuine ward bottlenecks. Six months later, the Bridge to Health team took our framework and ran Hacking Health Liège 2025 at La Grand Poste: 16 hours of live prototyping uniting caregivers, patients, and ULiège RISE researchers.
